No, we do not have heated units.

Do units have hydro?

No, our units do not have hydro

Do I bring my own lock?

Yes, you must bring your own lock

Can I access my unit 24/7?

Due to theft, we do not allow access between 12 midnight and 5am.

What items are prohibited from being stored?

Food. Flammables. chemicals. explosives like fireworks or ammunition. illegal substances. live animals or plants. wet or moldy items. Compressed gases. weapons. Toxic materials.

Do you offer insurance for the units?

We hope to offer insurance for 2026.

Are there discounts for long term rentals?

For parking, yes. If you choose pay yearly you will receive a 15% discount when paid in full upfront.

Do you offer short term rentals and what is the minimum rental term?

Yes, we offer short term rentals and our shortest rental term is three months

How much notice do I need to give?

Rent is charged on the 1st of the month. Notice must be given by the 15th, for the end of the month.

Do you give refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds.

Do you offer covered parking?

No

Are there security cameras?

Yes, there are AI cameras everywhere, with facial and licence plate recognition. For your safety.

Do you offer short term parking?

We offer monthly parking rates.

Do you have a lay down lot for transport trucks?

Yes we do. Please call to arrange.

What happens if I forget to give notice?

You will be charged for the following month if it is after the 1st when we find out you left. Otherwise, there is a $100 charge for short notice less than 2 weeks.

What if I don’t leave my storage unit clean when I leave?

Your damage deposit will be used to hire someone to clean it out.
